Mark is the Managing Director of Competitive Edge Business Advisors.  He is a Chartered Accountant and was previously a Registered Company Auditor, with over 40 years audit and corporate experience.

Mark has worked in Australia and overseas over the last 40 years providing services to clients in a diverse range of industries.  Mark has worked with Ernst & Young (and predecessor firms), later becoming partner in a national Chartered Accounting business.

Mark has provided auditing and corporate services to private and listed public companies, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence investigations and Initial Public Offerings.
